The Digital Content & Campaign Lead will own the rhythm and quality of WLU's digital storytelling across channels. This role suits a strong communicator who can move from strategy to execution without losing clarity, consistency, or energy.

What you will do

  • Develop and manage a digital content calendar across social, web, and campaign moments.
  • Write, edit, and package high-quality content for public-facing channels.
  • Coordinate campaign assets with designers, field teams, and leadership contributors.
  • Track performance trends and refine content choices based on audience response.
  • Help maintain a strong, consistent WLU voice across high-visibility communications.
Minimum requirements

What you should bring

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, media, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in digital communications, content strategy, or campaign execution.
  • Excellent writing and editing ability for public audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills and confidence managing multiple deadlines.
  • A portfolio or examples of relevant campaign or content work.
